AT&T Entertainment Group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with exceptional strategic thinking, a broad knowledge of mass media advertising, an analytical mind and a solid quantitative grounding to join our organization. You will partner with the Advertising team and our ad agency to provide a consolidated understanding of advertising performance across various key performance metrics. You will be the liaison between Marketing Analytics & Strategy and Advertising.
Key areas of focus include:
Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of advertising performance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and indicated actions
Track and measure advertising’s influence on awareness, perceptions, and sales
Act as subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding advertising metrics and performance
Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnership with Business Channel Owners and media agencies
Advise executives and business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in the data to recommend business direction or outcomes
Skills needed to be successful:
5+ years of experience in an advertising related role
BS/BA in business, marketing, communications or related field
Experience with Nielsen, Kantar, and consumer research
Must possess a solid understanding of mass media advertising and consumer marketing
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
Experience in large media, technology, ecommerce, or other subscription based company is a plus
