The role of Data Analyst is a junior-level position for an individual with the desire, drive and capability to learn new skills, prove their value, and elevate their position within the company.
Specific responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to meet customer needs. This includes managing data onboarding from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting data discrepancies, identifying new methods to improve data collection, analysis and reporting, managing 3rd-party analytics partners, creating internal presentations that bring data to life in a clear and compelling way, and designing reports to meet data analysis needs with regard to campaign performance and KPI’s such as response, long term value, and retention.
Qualified candidates will be highly skilled in Excel including pivot tables, possess an educational or work background in statistical analysis, and have superb work-flow prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, a proactive and collaborative communication style, and an ability to accomplish tasks with speed and accuracy. Experience with Google Analytics and other digital toolkits is preferred. Candidates must be constantly curious and hold themselves to high standards of accountability for their work product.
