The Ohio University Department of Marketing in the College of Business invites applications for up to three adjunct (part-time) faculty positions to teach one or more sections of Marketing Research (MKT 3790), Marketplace Analytics (MKT 4700), or Digital Marketing and Sales Strategies (MKT 4300). Depending on qualifications and interests, other courses may be available.
Courses are offered in-person on Ohio University's main campus in Athens, OH during the spring semester of 2018 (January to May). Opportunities to continue as an adjunct instructor in Fall 2018 may be available. Candidates are asked to indicate teaching preferences and schedule availability for the spring 2018 semester.
Preferred candidates will have professional experience in marketing research, marketing analytics, and/or digital marketing as well as experience or interest in teaching in project-based, problem-based, or applied learning environment.
The Marketing Department is the home of the Schey Sales Centre and the Consumer Research Center. Undergraduate programs include a marketing major, marketing minor, and certificate in sales. The Marketing Department offers a variety of teaching opportunities at the undergraduate and graduate level.

A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (e.g., Communications or Psychology) from an accredited program is required by the start date.
Candidates with professional experience and/or teaching experience in marketing research, marketing analytics, and/or digital marketing will be preferred.
