Provide event management support for both hosted and sponsored events, including participation in planning process, contract review and approval coordination, vendor management, pre-event communications, presentation materials, on-the-day support, management of delegate lists, post-event communications and evaluation reports, as appropriate.
Manage creation and distribution of email templates (e.g. event invites, newsletters, thought leadership and other digital communications), and coordinate large email distribution lists with internal CRM team.
Manage technical execution of webcasts end to end (invitations, pre and post event communications, metrics etc.).
Process compliance submissions, tracking status of materials to ensure timely updates before materials fall out of compliance.
Pull campaign metrics with insights into performance ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all work requests.
Support Social Media and PR efforts in region, as required.
Support advertorial, sponsored content, educational content and advertising initiatives, as required.
Support local website update and paid search activity, as required.
Provide research assistance including searching for relevant competitor information on specific topics
Maintain marketing calendar of events, communications, and activities, and work in progress documentation including weekly WIP, monthly marketing snapshot etc.
Liaise with finance for payment of invoices and track marketing budget
Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of work experience or five years of financial marketing experience.
Good understanding of marketing and digital marketing concepts.
Basic understanding of financial, investment, and portfolio-management concepts and terminology.
Openness along with a capacity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Proven organizational and time management skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize work to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal); ability to interact successfully with individuals at all levels.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with Content Management Software and Client Relationship Management Software preferred.
