Belardi Wong, a leading full-service marketing and creative firm, is currently seeking a Manager, DigitalMedia to develop digital media strategies primarily focused on social display, manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including hands on implementation, and ongoing campaign performance optimization. You will build out the capability as the key subject matter expert. This role has a heavy focus on digital media campaign management as the media strategist, operator, and analyst who maniacally optimizes and tracks client budgets and creative.
Our "ideal candidate" should be passionate about media planning and be an innovative, self-starter who “geeks out” over Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and customer targeting strategies, flawless execution, creative testing, and maximizing ROI/campaign goals for our clients.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Strategically develop online media buying function from the “ground up,” with the Associate VP and EVP, anchored on customer centric audience planning –BW’s strength for 20 years!
Develop, implement, and execute a compelling paid social media strategy encompassing all production, communication and execution of media budget. Focus on client relations and ad strategy based on your proven expertise in social media marketing strategy and a knack for creativity.
Manage planning, execution, performance, and reporting out on measurable results of digital media plans/paid social – Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest- for our clients.
Tactically align plans to deliver the optimal balance of building brand awareness, improving brand perception and engagement, and driving traffic and conversion to maximize brand profitability and growth of customer base for our clients.
Ensure flawless operational execution with rigorous tracking, analysis, and optimization on a daily/weekly basis.
Own and make recommendations for optimization of campaigns at all levels; across channels, products and creative concepts to deliver optimal performance for our client.
Analyze reporting to identify key business drivers and opportunities for improvement coming at if from a customer centric perspective and NCA Identify trends and insights, and work with clients to optimize spend and performance based on the insights. In the future, guide workflow of Media Analyst.
Be the expert in Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest media buying implementation using campaign management tools.
In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:
4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2+ years of media planning and buying experience with hands on experience running paid social campaigns – agency experience preferred (or retail /direct to consumer).
Demonstrated experience with implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of clients.
Strong knowledge and know how in Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor; Knowledge for Pinterest Ads Manager; Experience with 3rd party media tools like Marin Software.
Google Ad word certification a plus; Strong understanding of various ad tech including ad servers, site analytics tools, DSPs, ad networks, data onboarding, dynamic creative partners, exchanges, and data partners also a plus.
Strong analytical skills and confidence with analyzing large data sets and making recommendations/ developing and executing strategies.
Out of box thinker motivated by data such as on online marketing metrics (ROI, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, cost-per-lead, conversion rate, average order size), attributed incremental measurement, and new customer goals.
Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel including pivot table use.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills and embraces personal development.
Able to interact with all levels including interactions with Senior leaders.
Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with clients and delivering prompt, professional, and best in class service.
Comfortable working within ambiguity and change - must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
