Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Within the Medicare & Retirement (M&R) Insurance Solutions (IS) team, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for product management support for digital tools across the IS business areas. This position serves as the IS business subject matter expert (SME) to support digital infrastructure projects. This role will serve as the main point of contact for all key IS business stakeholders across distribution channels (i.e., DTC, Field Agents, Telesales, eAlliance and GRC) for common toolset usage by translating strategy requirements into action. Primary Responsibilities: Partners with key relationships (M&R Product Lead, IS Digital Services and IS Business) to manage roadmaps for current and future state based on business strategy direction Coordinates business strategy inputs from cross-channel team members to execution partners Provides SHIP content direction to execution partners within M&R Digital and OCIO for their assigned area of focus Is key IS business SME and Consumer Property Lead –across multiple IS Digital tools Provides marketing and content direction to state filing team and initiates state filing requests Supports UAT/PAT testing to ensure appropriate user experience aligns with intended business vision Manages external Digital Agency Partners inclusive of SOW definition, budget and prototypingSuccess Factors: Understand digital technologies and the willingness to learn new technologies Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Team player Effectiveness in requirements gathering Analytical orientation Problem-solving skills, demonstrated by the ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions Well-developed business judgment for creation of meaningful insight from potentially disparate findings Creative thinker Demonstrate passion for ownership through a track record of successfully achieving results in a complex work environment Tenacity and resourcefulness
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience 3+ years digital and web marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of the Medicare supplement insurance product, target audience, compliance, copy requirements, and established direct marketing principles 2+ years translating strategy to execution stakeholders Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams Experience using Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Live within a commutable distance of one of the locations listed for this specific career opportunityPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field Healthcare marketing experience Careers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.
