Overlooking the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Center brings Broadway musicals, operas, ballets, concerts, plays, multi-cultural performances, films, lectures and numerous community workshops and educational events to South Florida while also creating unique and successful collaborations with partners in the arts, community, government and business.
The Center's mission includes a strong focus on integrating the arts into education. SEAS activities are designed to advance specific educational goals tied into state standards, helping to develop our future workforce. The education programs at the Broward Center serve thousands of students each year, totaling more than 2.9 million students since its inception.
