The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is a global nonprofit ministry preparing the nations of the world for the second coming of Jesus Christ through media, prayer partnering, and humanitarian aid. Our IT division uses state of the art cloud and on premise technologies to provide back-office and customer-facing digital products and solutions. This includes the use of the Adobe Marketing Cloud for marketing and fundraising in support of our global ministries and humanitarian efforts.
We are seeking a thought leader to serve as the Business Systems Analyst on the IT team responsible for implementing and supporting all marketing technologies, including Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Campaign, Target, Social and Analytics. You will be part of the cross-functional team of IT and business people developing the long-term vision, architecture, roadmap, and success of the Adobe platform implementation in addressing strategic business goals and tactical needs.
Responsibilities include business requirements gathering and documentation, business process design and reengineering, platform implementation, training, ongoing maintenance and support, enhancements, and customizations. Business needs and responsibilities may span multiple business units and multiple marketing channels, including direct mail, telephone, email, website, streaming media, mobile, social and app push.
