Oversees and implements a broad range of marketing activities to assist in achieving volume targets for Riverside in the Williamsburg area. Develops and implements marketing plans and business strategies for the Williamsburg market, service lines, physicians and Life Long health. Works closely with the leadership teams of Marketing Strategy and Development, Service lines leads, Riverside Medical Group, the Life Long Health Divisions and The Riverside Foundation in order to achieve and exceed strategic and annual commitments. Understands the inner workings of the Williamsburg area in order to select the best marketing venues as well as community outreach. The Marketing Business partner is responsible for web content development, SEO and SEM. Working knowledge of google analytics and social media is a must.
3-5 years' experience required in planning and marketing, public relations, sales or related field is required.
Bachelor's in Health Administration, Health Services Management, Business Administration or related field is required. MHA/MBA preferred.
