Reporting to the Chief Operating Offices, the Marketing Coordinator is instrumental in developing all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the corporate and field teams. This includes coordinating design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns. In line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience, the marketing manager manages press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities, website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions.
Commercial Real Estate Property Management and Leasing experience a plus
The marketing coordinator also supervises a small staff of professionals and serves as an internal consultant to any property within the corporation, and stays informed about marketing trends and commercial real estate industry changes. As keeper of the brand, the coordinator often helps prepare client presentations and request for proposals, or RFPs, used to pitch new business.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, real estate, business administration, communications or 5 years related work experience required.
5+ years in marketing, promotion, public relations or leasing
Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Familiarity with online content, marketing and social media development strategies
